All user data entered into the SkillMap™ Online Assessment System is considered confidential and Frontline Learning will not sell, distribute or lease respondent personal information to any third parties without prior written permission from the respondent, unless required by law to do so.

Any dispute arising out of the use of this website is subject to the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA.

Unauthorized use of the SkillMap Online Assessment System may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

Unless otherwise noted, Frontline Learning LLC holds the copyright on all materials published within the SkillMap™ Online Assessment System, whether in print or electronic form.

Customer or respondent login credentials are provided to individuals for their personal use only. Individuals may not share their username or password without the Publisher's permission.

Individuals may generate and print their own individual reports, and organizations may generate and print aggregate group reports. But they may not sell, modify, or create a derivative work of any content, without prior, express written permission of the Publisher.

The SkillMap Online Assessment System is continuously updated, and changes may be made in this system and associated functionality at any time.
